Terms and Conditions

By checking the box saying I agree to the terms and conditions as a Team Member of Team Nutra LLC, I hereby enter into a contractual agreement under the following terms and conditions. I agree to be bound by the laws of my state of residence regarding my participation in the Team Nutra LLC affiliate compensation program.


Terms and Conditions:


  1. I agree to represent Team Nutra LLC in an honest and true fashion, with regards to products and recruiting other Team Members. I will not in any way knowingly misrepresent the compensation plan or the products.
  2. Team Nutra LLC agrees to pay commissions as set forth in the compensation plan as they are due, either weekly or monthly. Team Nutra LLC has no desire to change the compensation plan as set forth in marketing materials and published publicly. Team Nutra LLC hereby Guarantees In Writing the team compensation plan published as of 01/03/2025 will never change.
  3. I hereby agree to hold harmless Team Nutra LLC, its Corporate Officers, Managing Members, Directors and any assigns from any and all legal actions, derived from the sale of Team Nutra LLC’s products and from the payments of all commissions earned from the Team Compensation Plan. I hereby waive my rights for any and all claims against Team Nutra LLC, both present and in the future, whether I am a Team Member or not. I understand, the only liquidated damages that I am ever entitled to from Team Nutra LLC, is the cost of the products I have purchased from Team Nutra LLC.
  4. I understand that Team Nutra LLC does not allow its products to be sold on Amazon, Ebay, Facebook Marketplace or any third party selling platforms. I understand that any Team Member caught doing so, will be automatically terminated. I agree to submit to customerservice@myteamnutra.com any ads that will be placed on social media for prior approval before publishing.
  5. I hereby agree to maintain the standards of pricing set by Team Nutra LLC. Because the products will be sold in businesses at retail prices, I hereby agree not to sell products at below retail. This policy is adapted to maintain the integrity of all Team Members ability to establish wholesale customers, who will sell products at retail price.
  6. I understand wholesale customers can not be big box retailers, such as GNC, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Target, etc. Team Nutra LLC has adopted a policy that limits chain stores to 20 locations or less in order to maintain the “Mom and Pop” structure. Wholesale customers in the “Mom and Pop” structure can sell products on their own websites, only at retail prices as established by Team Nutra LLC.
  7. Team Nutra LLC is striving to become a Legacy Company. As such, Team Nutra LLC hereby grants all Team Members the ability to will or sell their Team Member Affiliate Position. There will be a $75 transfer fee paid to Team Nutra LLC to make those transfers upon approval.
  8. I hereby acknowledge that I am an independent contractor. As such, my activities will not be supervised or standardized by Team Nutra LLC in any way. I understand that I will receive an IRS Form 1099 for all commissions earned and that I am responsible for paying all taxes due in my state or country as provided by the laws thereof. I hereby acknowledge that I have provided my accurate Social Security or EIN number.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions stated above, I hereby acknowledge my contractual obligation to Team Nutra LLC and the contractual obligation Team Nutra LLC has entered into with me.
